Expanding Access, Quality, and Fairness in the Justice System for All Coloradans

What is Access to Justice?

When the justice system works for everyone regardless of income, background, or circumstance.

What We Do

The Justice Gap is the divide between people’s everyday legal needs and the resources available for them to meet those needs. When left unaddressed, everyday legal issues directly threaten the most basic of human necessities like housing, family, food security, job security, safety, healthcare, and immigration status. But most people cannot afford an attorney.
